For years, I've wanted to write a book about my journey from being a single parent. It fell to the back of my mind and stayed there for a long time until now.
My parenting journey began when my children were born in late December 2015; they were fraternal twins. As a single dad, I thought it was my duty to go beyond traditional parenting.
Being a dad is so much more than playing ball or picking up children from school.
Daddy-ing is about being there for your kids in all things, no matter how big or small.
You'll read about my blunders and triumphs as a parent with them, which stem from my ideal of what I should be as a dad.
This book is for my children, first and foremost. Second for anyone who may get something from it or gain some inspiration out of it.
I'm not a parenting expert, nor am I an "expert" on anything else related to parenthood either. This book is in no way a "guide" on parenting but rather an account of my own experience as one.
