They Did It! Their Mother Is Free Against All Odds: Like David & Goliath

In October, I wrote a piece where I mentioned an enormous challenge some friends of mine were facing. Their mother was incarcerated, accused of having murdered the brother of one of my country’s most influential political figures.
Their case ended in the Supreme Court and had a happy ending. Their mother is free, and the Supreme Court decided there were no grounds for her arrest in the first place.
When they started their fight, they had no idea what would happen. They knew they had to do something because their mother faced an impossible enemy.
And that’s precisely what the story of David and Goliath is about. It’s about fighting even when the odds are against you because you know it’s the right thing to do.
